Ashira Choir – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Ashira! We’re excited to have your daughter join our choir. To make sure everything runs smoothly, please review the following guidelines:
1. Registration & Payment

A completed registration form and full payment (or approved payment plan) are required to secure your spot.

Payment must be received before the first session unless other arrangements are made with our team.
2. Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to feel confident about your decision. If you find Ashira isn’t the right fit, you may request a full refund up to two days after the first session.

After that time, all payments are non-refundable, as we’ve already secured venues, staff, and resources for the season.
3. Attendance & Participation

Consistent attendance is important for the success of the choir and each girl’s experience.

Participants are expected to arrive on time and engage positively in all rehearsals and performances.
4. Code of Conduct

Ashira is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment. Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Media Release

By enrolling, you grant Ashira permission to use photos and videos from rehearsals and performances for promotional purposes (unless you opt out in writing).
6. Safety & Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, Ashira is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal belongings.

Parents/guardians agree to hold Ashira harmless for any incidents outside our staff’s control.
7. Program Adjustments

Occasionally, we may need to adjust rehearsal times, locations, or performance dates. Families will be notified promptly of any changes.
